    postWalker

Ryan took his first step yesterday.  But he still would rather crawl or have mommy carry him.

    postStinker

First off, Ryan is not interested in pureed baby food.  He wants the same stuff we eat, but cut up really small so that he can handle it.

Secondly, he is obsessed with my coffee/cappuccino to the point that he may have ruined my laptop this morning.  He reached out for my mug and dumped it on my laptop.  We'll see if it is salvageable.

And now a word from Ryan.

    postSmart Girl

Yesterday Joel's mom and I took Alice and Ryan to the Whitewater Aquatic Center. It's a small waterpark-ish pool connected to the high school. While grandma was sitting in the hot tub, Alice went over to ask if she could get in. Grandma read the rules and told Alice she was too young.

Alice pointed to the depth marker and said "But it says '3'."

    postUnderstandably a bad dog

We're trying to housebreak Roxie. And for the most part she's getting it. However, she does not like the snow. And since we got a couple inches on Saturday and Sunday, she decided that she didn't want to go outside to do her business - even after the snow started to melt.

    postIt's Time

At Melody's doctor appointment today the doctor set it up to induce in the morning.  So of course the baby decides not to wait that long.
