She should be almost normal, but we have to somehow limit her activity for the next two weeks and make sure she doesn't lick at the incision too much. 

How do you limit activity in a cat?  So far the only idea we have is to move the litter box and food to the empty bedroom, and lock here in there overnight for a little while.
